IBSG International Prepares for First $500,000 United Kingdom Project.

CELEBRATION, Fla. -- IBSG International, Inc. (OTCBB:IGII) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it is developing its first project in the United Kingdom projected to generate $500,000 in the first year of implementation with projected revenues of over $4.5 million over a five year contract. The project provides for the implementation of the digital commerce platform of IBS Group, Inc. (a subsidiary of IBSG International) with CENTA, one of the United Kingdom's (UK) leading small-mid size business development agencies. The platform can provide a tremendous technology solution to enhance CENTA's business development services while providing growth opportunities to the businesses they serve. Additionally, the project will assist with generating revenues in excess of 1 million pounds sterling (UD) in year one for CENTA which can be utilized to provide a myriad of value added services through the platform to expand the business development services of CENTA.

CENTA, the Central London Development Agency, is based in the UK and has annual revenues over 2 million UD (Sterling). The operation assists with the development of emerging businesses in the UK. CENTA's CEO Ms. Jane Howden and her management team recently participated in a full on-line demonstration of the innovative commercial digital solution developed by IBSG, Inc. Ms. Howden stated: "This is an exciting platform with numerous innovations to facilitate the success of the emerging business. The system can provide substantial benefits to CENTA and the businesses we serve." Ms. Howden is also Chairmen of the Capital Enterprise Agency, a body that advises UK government and local business development agencies.

CENTA is one of several agencies in the UK dedicated to the development of small to mid size businesses in the UK and Europe. These agencies are very similar in mission to the US Small Business Development Center markets that IBSG continues to gain success in. The United Kingdom has committed over 750,000 pounds Sterling (approx. $1.2 billion US) to the growth of the small to mid size business community and the enhancements of the Internet infrastructure. CENTA has been serving the small to mid size business community for over 20 years with nearly 8,000 businesses accessing their services. In 2003, CENTA served over 2,000 entrepreneurs and established over 200 businesses. IBSG International had not projected to secure any business in the UK in 2004.
