"We are excited to be working with IBS," said Beth Suitt, senior advertising manager from BellSouth IntelliVentures. "RealPages.com is an innovator in our field and we seek alliances with other innovators and leaders. With IBS, we get the dual benefits of advertising on-air and online with the dominant local news stations in these markets."

Convergence advertising combines the reach and power of television with the personal interactivity of the Internet. Advertisers gain presence on top-ranked local television stations and highly trafficked local news Web sites. IBS is the first company to combine the widest reaching medium - television -- with the fastest growing medium -- the Internet -- and offer it to advertisers through leading local news channels across the nation. IBS' mission is to create a "new network" of dominant local news Web Channels for its partner stations to provide viewers with in-depth news and information.

IBS also recently announced that it has signed a major sponsorship and advertising deal with Lawoffice.com, part of the West Legal Directory, a service of West Group, a division of Thomson International and one of the largest legal players in the world.

"Our network of dominant local news Web Channels will provide great reach for RealPages.com as a multi-market convergence partner," said Andy Goldman, executive vice president of sales and business development, IBS. "Our programs with RealPages.com, and with WestLaw, are more evidence that what we are doing is working - offering our advertising partners a unique medium to reach their audiences, while we successfully drive cash via the Internet to our broadcast partners."
