. The lease term will run through Dec. 31, 2000. Fully occupied by IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries)  upon the building's completion in 1985, the initial lease remains among the top 10 largest transactions in Westchester real estate annals.

In addition to the recent renewal at Eastview, IBM also maintains major installations at Robert Martin's adjacent MidWestchester Executive Park, fully occupying the 85,000 square-foot 17 Skyline Drive
