IBM THINKPAD 700C NAMED BEST COLOR NOTEBOOK COMPUTER

    LAS VEGAS, Nov. 16 ~PRNewswire~ -- The IBM ThinkPad(A) 700C not ebook computer was named the "Most Valuable Product" (MVP) in the color portable category by the editors of PC~Computing at the publication's annual "Best Hardware and Software of the Year" award ceremonies held at The Mirage Hotel here last night before the opening of COMDEX~Fall'92.
    The editors noted this product was "a clear standout by its combination of speed, beauty, hard-nosed practicality and, yes, grace which made the 700C an easy choice for an 'MVP'."
