IBM Global Services Agrees to Resell LogicLibrary's SOA Governance Solution.

PITTSBURGH -- LogicLibrary[R], a leader in design-time SOA governance and software reuse, today announced it has completed a world-wide reseller agreement with IBM Global Services for their Enterprise Application Modernization and Management practice. IBM Global Services will be able to resell and provide services for LogicLibrary's flagship product, Logidex[TM]. Additionally, LogicLibrary will provide training and support to IBM's sales and consulting teams as they implement service-oriented architecture (SOA) projects that include Logidex software.

In order to achieve the business benefits of SOA, organizations need IT architectures that provide collaboration, flexibility and support for the business processes required to meet today's on-demand objectives. Prominent organizations such as Dun & Bradstreet and Highmark use Logidex in conjunction with solutions from the IBM Software Group, such as IBM Rational and IBM WebSphere, to create flexible IT environments where information is connected across the enterprise. This collaborative approach to business and IT decision making improves quality of service, mitigates business risk and improves time to market.

Through software validation in the Ready for IBM Rational Software program, Logidex works seamlessly with key products in the IBM Software Development Platform, including IBM Rational Application Developer, IBM Rational Software Architect and IBM Rational ClearCase.

LogicLibrary offers strong support for IBM's SOA Governance initiatives and will support the IBM WebSphere Service Registry and Repository when it becomes available later this year.

IBM selected LogicLibrary to be part of IBM's Express portfolio, giving independent software vendors (ISVs) access to the Logidex online component catalog and search engine. LogicLibrary joined IBM's Web services on WebSphere (WoW) advisory council in 2002. LogicLibrary is an IBM Advanced PartnerWorld Partner.
