IBM Extends Availability of Prosoft Courseware Internationally; Agreement Gives IBM Customers Additional Internet Skills Training Options.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 1998--Building on their existing relationship with Prosoft (NASDAQ:POSO) in the United States, IBM has licensed Prosoft courseware for use around the world.

The agreement allows each country based IBM training organization to select and translate the Prosoft courses best suited for their local markets. The agreement expands IBM's training opportunities outside of the United States.
