IBAC Corporation Agrees With the Courts Decision to Appoint a Receiver for the Royal Arkansas Hotel & Suites.

It is also the principal city of the Pine Bluff Metropolitan Statistical Area and part of the Little Rock-North Little Rock-Pine Bluff, Arkansas Combined .

IBAC Corporation has been the majority shareholder in this property since August of 2004 and has watched its initial investment erode over the past few years, contrary to the managing partners assurances of progress, as of August of 2006 the company IBAC believed everything was proceeding according to according to
