FEI President and CEO Phil Livingston; David Shedlarz, EVP & CFO, Pfizer, Inc.; Keith Sherin, CFO, General Electric Co.; David Sidwell, CFO, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.; and Trevor Harris, Managing Director, Equity Research and Head of Global Valuation at Morgan Stanley are included in the 49-member SAC, drawn from 6 continents, 29 countries and 5 international organizations. The group includes chief financial and accounting officers from some of the worlds largest corporations and international organizations, leading financial analysts and academics, regulators, accounting standard-setters and partners from leading accounting firms. The European Commission, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Services Agency The Financial Services Agency is a Japanese government organization responsible for overseeing banking, securities and exchange, and insurance in order to ensure the stability of the financial system of Japan. The agency reports to the Minister of Financial Services.  of Japan will participate as observers. The group next meets with the IASB and the IASC Foundation Trustees on Oct. 16-17 in Washington, D.C.
