IA Expands European Presence; Announces Strategic Marketing Relationship; Licenses its Workflow Software to Leading European Workflow Firm, Innovativ Vision.


EMERYVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 1995--IA Corp., a leading work management software developer, announced today a strategic marketing agreement with Innovativ Vision (IV) AB, a Swedish-based provider of workflow and document imaging solutions.

As part of the agreement, IA is licensing its WorkVision software to IV for the development of applications specifically for the European market. WorkVision is an enterprise-wide work management software platform, incorporating workflow and document management, for building high-performance, distributed, client/server applications.

In addition, IV is acquiring IA's French affiliate, which serves France, Switzerland and Italy, allowing IV to expand beyond its markets in Scandinavia and Northern Europe. The cooperative agreement also allows for joint marketing and development by the two companies on selected European projects.
