I.(Brief Article)

   Closer to me than I
   Am to myself, Eckhart
   Said about God and yes,
   At times I have felt
   The world so utterly
   Absorbed there was no-
   Thing to see, no one
   Seeing it. But mostly
   I am always the same
   Distance away, far
   As memory is from
   The first time, regret
   And self-pity constant
   Reminders of the I
   Writing these words.
