Specifically, the two companies will form a business alliance and jointly deploy anti-aging clinics by fully leveraging I'rom's know-how in organizing clinics, LTT Bio-Pharma's knowledge in drug development and both's networks with doctors. The clinics will offer advanced treatment for lifestyle-related diseases including cancer, anti-aging treatment and plastic surgeries. Going forward, the two companies strive to establish a foundation for anti-aging treatment at an early date and aim to set up the first clinic within fiscal 2005.
