Salad In A Glass
5 Carrots
1 Beet
1 Cucumber
1 bunch of Celery
1 cup of Spinach
1 cup of Parsley


Thoroughly wash all vegetables, peeling the carrots and beet

1 Peach
4 Strawberries


1. Wash all fruit thoroughly; pit the mango and peach, and remove stems from the strawberries.

2. Blend all ingredients together, and enjoy!
