Hydraulic machines boast greater speed & accuracy.

A new series of horizontal hydraulic presses hydraulic press

Machine consisting of a cylinder fitted with a piston (see piston and cylinder) that uses liquid under pressure to exert a compressive force upon a stationary anvil or baseplate. The liquid is forced into the cylinder by a pump.
with improved controls and valving technology comes from Arburg Inc., Newington, Conn. Arburg is celebrating its 50th anniversary with the introduction of its Allrounder C Golden Edition. It comes in five versions (270 C, 320 C, 420 C, 470 C, and 570 C) from 44 to 220 tons.

See programmable keypad. . The controls are said to have simple and clear menu navigation with graphic input fields for easier use and faster set-up. The series also features a fast-switching valve technology first seen on Arburg's All-rounder U, which reportedly improves precision of molded mold 1

The servo-controlled, two-pump hydraulic system Noun 1. hydraulic system - a mechanism operated by the resistance offered or the pressure transmitted when a liquid is forced through a small opening or tube  allows for overlapping machine movements to save cycle time. Five injection units (each with three screw/barrel choices) have been adopted from Arburg's new Allrounder U series, except for the largest, which comes from the C series. Shot capacities range from 0.74 to 15.3 oz. Tel: (860) 667-6500 * PT Direct: 982PX
