HydraLogic Signs Three New Distribution Deals in China Valued at $11 Million Over Five Years.

) of Beijing for BioStreme(TM) sales, it has entered into a new Distribution Agreement with AAB for its Bug Defense product line worth $7 million over five years. New agreements were also signed with new leading provincial distributors for the Company's odor control products. The combination of these three agreements signed last week is valued at more than $11 million.

When added to the previously announced HLS Ecolo distributors in China, the five-year outlook is valued at more than $25 Million. This includes distribution agreements, which will provide HydraLogic an estimated 80 percent distribution coverage in the Chinese provinces. As a result of the new agreements and recent visit to China in support of the distributors, the Company has received in excess of $300,000 in new orders from this region within the past 30 day period.

Furthermore, the Company announced that its new distribution partner, AAB is near completion of a 140,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility for HydraLogic products in China.
