Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan, to distribute Hycor's Pyloragen diagnostic kits in Japan. Bayer-Sankyo is a joint venture of Bayer AG Bayer AG German chemical and pharmaceutical company. The Pyloragen test developed by Hycor determines the presence of the Heliobacter pylori Noun 1. Heliobacter pylori - the type species of genus Heliobacter; produces urease and is associated with several gastroduodenal diseases (including gastritis and gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers and other peptic ulcers) H. (H. pylori) antibodies in blood.
