HyRadix On-Site Hydrogen Equipment Chosen by Asian Manufacturer.

DES PLAINES, Ill. -- HyRadix, Inc. announced today the sale of an Aptus(TM) on-site hydrogen generator to a manufacturer in Asia. For this project, HyRadix will supply one Aptus generator to provide 100 Nm3/hour of high-purity hydrogen produced from natural gas. This hydrogen will be used in the customer's existing oils hydrogenation facility.

The oils manufacturer will replace their existing hydrogen supply with gas produced by HyRadix's Aptus unit at a much lower cost. Using proprietary high-pressure ATR technology, HyRadix's Aptus hydrogen generator converts natural gas or LPG into high-purity hydrogen for many industrial applications such as oils hydrogenation, heat treating, and float glass manufacturing. HyRadix employs the same innovative technology in its Adeo(TM) on-site hydrogen fuel generator. SunLine Transit Agency of Thousand Palms, California has been relying on an Adeo unit for its hydrogen fueling needs since the equipment was installed by HyRadix in spring 2004. This includes high-pressure hydrogen gas for fuel cell vehicles as well as hydrogen mixed with other fuels such as natural gas to power internal combustion engines.
