Carlton Carl·ton   , Steven Norman Known as "Steve." Born 1944.

In addition, Carlton also arranged a seven-year, fixed-rate, interest only mortgage on excellent terms for the borrower.

1111 Pennsylvania Avenue is a 331,267-square-foot, 14-story, Class A office property containing 309,446 square feet of office space, 19,902 square feet of retail space and 1,919 square feet of "arts" space. In addition, the property includes a five-level parking facility containing 208 spaces.

This rare and irreplaceable office asset, located only a few blocks from the White House, is one of only six buildings on Pennsylvania Avenue not owned and occupied by the Government.
