Mr. Edwards is a member of the Project Development, Finance and Leasing Team in Washington. Mr. Heffner is a member of Litigation, Intellectual Property and Antitrust Team in the Washington office. His practice focuses on international trade. Mr. Heffner has represented clients from Mexico, Europe, Japan and Canada, as well as domestic producers, trade associations and government agencies and embassies in a broad range of cases, from high technology to heavy industry and from consumer to producer goods. Mr. Heffner received his undergraduate degree from Albion College in 1979, and his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy UDM was ranked in the top tier of Midwestern master's universities in U.S.News & World Report "America's Best Colleges" 2007 edition.
