Hunter heats, any weather. (Digest).

The Space Heater Convective (SHC) from Hunter Manufacturing is a battery powered, liquid fuel-burning, ducted convective heater built to deliver up to 250 CFM of clean heated air to personnel and equipment housed in Arctic tents and other softwalled temporary or semipermanent shelters. The SHC can burn a full range of liquid fuels, including DF-2, DF-1, DF-A, JP-5 and JP-8, which provides for maximum flexibility and control. The unit can be easily carried and setup by two men and is flexible enough to be stationed either inside or outside the tent using the provided air ducts. Two series-connected fans circulate heated air, and in-tent controls make the SHC easy to monitor and operate. The addition of a built-in thermoelectric generator means no electricity is required. Average fuel consumption is 3.5 gallons per hour.
