The tenant was represented by Marc Schoen, managing director of Hunter Realty. Ownership of the building was represented by Steve Marvin of Olmstead Properties. "Finity Acquisitions had a 22,000-square-foot space, in which 10,000 square feet were being used for back offices and a design area," says Mr. Schoen. "After a restructuring of the space, the company realized it no longer needed the extra 10,000 square feet and it was decided that that portion of the space would be subleased while still maintaining the showroom."
