LLC - Logical Link Control
 has arranged the sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  of 10,000 s/f at 525 Seventh Avenue on behalf of Finity Acquisition Corp., announces Richard Selig, principal of The Hunter Realty Organization, LLC.

The tenant was represented by Marc Schoen, managing director of Hunter Realty.

Ownership of the building was represented by Steve Marvin of Olmstead Properties.

"Finity Acquisitions had a 22,000-square-foot space, in which 10,000 square feet were being used for back offices and a design area," says Mr. Schoen.

"After a restructuring of the space, the company realized it no longer needed the extra 10,000 square feet and it was decided that that portion of the space would be subleased while still maintaining the showroom."

The Hunter Realty Organization, LLC was founded in 1997 by Peter E. Sabesan and Richard I Richard I, Richard Cœur de Lion (kör də lyôN`), or Richard Lion-Heart, 1157–99, king of England (1189–99); third son of Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine. . Selig.
