Hunter's celebrity lease.
The tenant was represented by Hunter Realty managing director Marc Schoen and associate managing directors Brian Neugeboren and Michael Schoen. The building's owner, L & L Acquisitions, represented itself. The lease term is for five years.
"The building at 250 W. 39th St. is an up-and-coming knit and sportswear building in the garment district," said Mr. Schoen. "An established company such as Margaret O'Leary Inc. will find this space to be an ideal fit for the New York showroom."
