Hungry for sunset + vine.

The husband-and-wife team of David Lentz and Suzanne Goin is preparing to open a seafood restaurant and raw bar in mid-November at the Sunset + Vine complex.

Lentz is the former executive chef at L.A. bistro Opaline, which closed in July. He has also done stints at China Grill in Las Vegas and Campanile campanile (kămpənē`lē, Ital. kämpänē`lā), Italian form of bell tower, constructed chiefly during the Middle Ages. Built in connection with a church or a town hall, it served as a belfry and watch tower and often functioned as a civic or commemorative monument.. Goin opened West Hollywood hotspots A.O.C. earlier this year and Lueques in 1998. The new eatery will be called The Hungry Cat.

Bond Cos., the Santa Monica-based owner of Sunset + Vine, did not return calls and Goin and Lentz could not be reached.
