Hundreds answer conference call.

One-hundred forty commercial practitioners gathered from New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Florida, Connecticut, Colorado and Texas to network with the best at the third annual NYS Commercial Real Estate Conference.

The events was sponsored by the NYS Commercial Association of REALTORS, the New York State Chapters of CCIM, SIOR and NAIOP.

Opening day featured the Commercial Challenge Golf Tournament, a marketing session, moderated by James Wilson, CCIM and a welcome reception.

The second day featured three educational courses, taught by nationally known instructors Mark Polon, CCIM and Charles Sutherland, SEC. Mark Polon, CCIM taught "Managing the Transaction" and "Demographic Data as a Client Service."

Charles Sutherland taught "Creative Real Estate Solutions."

There was also a "Brownfield Cleanup Program," instructed by Larry Schnapf, Esq., Lowell Seifter, Esq. and David Stoner.
