Humana Veterans Healthcare Services Appoints Former U.S. Army Deputy Surgeon General for Force Management to Advisory Board.
In December 2007, Pollock became the Deputy Surgeon General for Force Management, while also serving as Chief of the Army Nurse Corps. She has served as Commander U.S. Army Medical Command/Acting Surgeon General since March 2007. Pollock retired as a Major General in midsummer 2008.
In her distinguished career, she served as Commanding General, Tripler Army Medical Center, Pacific Regional Medical Command, U.S. Army Pacific Surgeon; and Lead Agent, TRICARE Pacific, Honolulu, HI. Her military education includes Department of Defense CAPSTONE Program; the Senior Service College at the Industrial College of the Armed Forces; the U.S. Air Force War College and much more. Pollock has more than 30 years of active-duty service in the U.S Army.
