Hubner Seed, West Lebanon, IN, and Lewis Hybrids, Ursa, IL, announce they will sell their seed sales and marketing businesses to Monsanto's American Seeds Inc.

In both cases, local seed production facilities will remain under current ownership.

Bob Hubner will continue to lead Hubner Seed, and Scott Lewis will lead Lewis Hybrids.
