Huber opens new R&D center in Finland.


Huber Engineered Materials, Copenhagen, Denmark, will open a new R&D center in Hamina, Finland, in October 2002 to further support its paper pigment pigment, substance that imparts color to other materials. In paint, the pigment is a powdered substance which, when mixed in the liquid vehicle, imparts color to a painted surface.  business in Europe.
