Hoyle receives Professional Excellence Award.At the NRPA NRPA National Recreation and Park Association NRPA Natural Resources Protective Association (Staten Island, NY) NRPA Niagara Regional Police Association (Canada) NRPA National Rifle and Pistol Association Southern Regional Conference in Myrtle Beach, S.C., on March 29, APRS APRS Automatic Position Reporting System APRS Automatic Packet Reporting System (GPS technology) APRS Automated Position Reporting System APRS Amateur Position Reporting System APRS American Parks and Recreation Society member Joyce H. Hoyle received the Harold D. Meyer Professional Excellence Award for her 38 years of service. The award is given to a park and recreation professional that has made outstanding contributions to the field on a regional and national level. Hoyle worked in the states of North Carolina and Tennessee, and served on NRPA's Board of Trustees board of trustees Politics The posse of thugs who oversee an institution's administration. See Board of directors. as well as the Tennessee Recreation and Parks Association (TRPA TRPA Tahoe Regional Planning Agency ). She also received the TRPA's Fellow Award, the highest honor a park and recreation professional can be given on the state level. As he presented her with the award, NRPA Chairman David Lose says, "We are fortunate to have leaders such as Joyce to serve and enhance the awareness, focus and effectiveness of parks and recreation as it contributes to improving our quality of life." |
