How to use this directory.

If you are shopping for a particular product or service, begin by turning to the Product/Service Codes Index on pages 16-17. The index pages are arranged alphabetically by major product/service categories and direct you to the page on which you'll find the companies that supply the particular product or service for which you're searching. A Web site is included for your convenience. Each page of the Product/Service section carries a banner headline at the top of the page to identify the type of product or service supplied by the companies listed on that page.

For full contact information on the companies listed in the Product/Service section, turn to the Alphabetical Listings section of this Guide, which starts on page 18. Here, in alphabetical order, you will find the company name, phone number and Web address. In addition, each company's listing carries a line with product/service numbers. These numbers refer to the categories under which the company is listed in the Guide. The Product/Service Codes Index on pages 16-17 will tell you the categories to which the numbers correspond.

Companies that have purchased enhanced listings are found in bold blue type in the Alphabetical Listings section.

To be included in this edition, companies must have filled out the online Buyer's Guide form at www.tmcnet.com between January 1, 2003 and November 24, 2003 and be a provider of products and services to the customer interaction market.
