So one day I was watching a TV show called The doctors (DRS). The topic focused on that day was between a weight loss program and a variety of methods of manufacturing easy recipes that are healthy for you. There was this type of food production in the show presentation called molecular gastronomy. This is a type of cooking science that uses the molecular components of foods to come up with different recipes for it.

Here''s the story; there are these two guys who liked cooking but they were fed up of using the same old cooking methods to prepare various recipes. They then decided to venture into Molecular Gastronomy in a bid to find a different method of food recipe that would enable them to sample and mess with various types of food flavors and also come up with healthy dishes or recipes and make them taste like something else.

It is this, during the Doctors show, they actually exhibited one of their culinary skills where they took a watermelon and sea weed and used their Molecular Gastronomy skills to make it taste like tuna! They even gave the audience some diet foods to sample before they revealed what they really used to make the various dishes. I thought it was really neat because they made you feel like you are eating something like a beef burger because of the taste, while indeed they used healthy ingredients to make it.
