Hovnanian taps CBRE to sublease corporate plaza.

) announced that it has been named the exclusive sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  agent by Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc. for 141 West Front Street in Red Bank, New Jersey.

Coined Red Bank Corporate Plaza, this facility is currently under construction and is expected to be ready for Tenant fit-up in May.

When completed, the facility will consist of a four-story 88,000 square foot Class A office building with an additional 4,878 square feet of retail space and a 339-car parking deck.

CBRE's first vice president Suzanne Macnow, senior associate John Kaye and associate Adam Englander have been hired to sublease 66,000 s/f of office space on three floors and 4,878 s/f of retail space at Red Bank Corporate Plaza.

"We are honored to have the opportunity to work with Hovnanian Enterprises on this prestigious assignment," stated Macnow.

"The building is owned by a JV Partnership between PRC Group and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.

Mack-Cali, New Jersey's largest owner of office properties, is also constructing the building. This landmark state-of-the art building will offer prospective tenants an outstanding location with parking in the heart of downtown Red Bank.

Monmouth County is one of the fastest growing counties in the state offering a myriad of housing options, corporate tenants and a highly-skilled and educated labor pool."

Amenities at Red Bank Corporate Plaza will include a dedicated four-story parking deck, fiber optics fiber optics, transmission of digitized messages or information by light pulses along hair-thin glass fibers. Each fiber is surrounded by a cladding having a high index of refractance so that the light is internally reflected and travels the length of the fiber , flexible floor plates and retail.

Situated in the prestigious city of Red Bank, the Jersey Shore's cultural, social and commercial center, Red Bank Corporate Plaza is convenient to Garden State Parkway The Garden State Parkway is a 172.4-mile (277-km) limited-access toll parkway that stretches the length of New Jersey from the New York state line at Montvale, New Jersey, to Cape May at the southern tip of the state.
