MEETING SPACE

When the expansion is complete this fall, the George R. Brown Convention Center The George R. Brown Convention Center was opened on September 26, 1987 on the east side of downtown Houston. The center was named for the prominent Houstonian George R. Brown, an entrepreneur, civic leader and philanthropist.  will offer more than 1 million square feet of meeting and convention space.

The Hilton Americas-Houston Hotel, also scheduled for a fall completion, will have 1,200 guest rooms, meeting and retail space, and skywalks to the George R. Brown Convention Center. The central business district contains 5,000 hotel rooms. An additional 43,000 hotel rooms are located within the metropolitan area. Reliant Center, located in Reliant Park and close to the medical center, has mare than 700,000 square feet of convention and meeting space. Reliant Stadium is the world's first retractable-roof National Football League stadium and has 69,500 seats.

DOWNTOWN SPACE

The new Hobby Center for the Performing Arts The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts is a theater in Houston, Texas, USA. The museum was established in 1909 by the Houston Museum and Scientific Society  and Houston's Museum of Fine Arts Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, chartered and incorporated (1870) after a decision by the Boston Athenaeum, Harvard, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to pool their collections of art objects and house them in adequate public galleries. .

SpaceCity will soon host the following world-class events: Tennis Masters Cup The Tennis Masters Cup is a tennis tournament played annually at the end of each year, involving the top eight players in the men's tennis world rankings.

Unlike all the other events on the men's tour, the Tennis Masters Cup is not a straightforward knock-out tournament.
