Mr. Rocca is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Eqtima. He has been nominated to the HouseHold Direct Board to support the operational needs of HouseHold Direct's technology-based shopping platform in order to best interface the technology and partnering processes of the telemarketing and service bureau industries into the membership marketing, acquisition and customer service requirements of the Company.

As Vice President of Consumer Acquisition Services at Assurant Group, Mr. Rocca is responsible for building a strong direct marketing support system that includes direct mail / outbound, inbound, and Internet teleservices that focus on enhanced productivity and reporting, digital quality recording through state-of-the-art technologies, and a key concentration on full contact center compliance and licensing. He is responsible for moving Assurant Group to a premier position as an international leader in direct marketing support of membership, credit related, and warranty products, within the insurance, banking, mortgage, utility, credit card, and retail industries.

Mr. Rocca has broad experience in membership development and customer service practices representing millions of consumers and is a specialist in the integration of new programs and technologies that drive membership growth and maintenance. Previously, Mr. Rocca held positions of Executive Vice President of Sales, Consultant, and Senior Vice President/Owner respectively with eOn Communications, Call Center Focus, and INTEK Information, Inc.
