It was released in February 1978 by independent London record label Beggars Banquet. , but only because Hanna is a promising new face in the Legislature who deserves the kind of exposure and seasoning that comes from running in a contested race against a strong opponent.

Nonetheless, District 7 voters are fortunate to have Hanna as their representative for another term. The 46-year-old Roseburg soft-drink distributor was appointed to the Oregon Oregon, city, United States

With his freshman legislative term behind him, Hanna is ready to roll up his sleeves and get to work on the No. 1 issue for his rural constituents: affordable health care.

Among the more interesting ideas Hanna says he'll explore is creating a $2,500 health debit card debit card, card that allows the cost of goods or services that are purchased to be deducted directly from the purchaser's checking account. They can also be used at automated teller machines for withdrawing cash from the user's checking account.  for uninsured Oregonians that they could use to pay for routine medical and dental care. Paired with a high-deductible catastrophic coverage policy for emergencies, such a system would address the basic health care needs of tens of thousands of the state's uninsured residents.

With a new legislative term guaranteed, Hanna can now focus his energy on how to pay for expanding access to health care while continuing to ratchet up state support for education at all levels and finding a dedicated funding source for the Oregon State Police.

Getting re-elected will be the easy part.
