LLC - Logical Link Control arranged a $2 million acquisition loan for a two-story, 16,000 s/f office building in Poughkeepsie Poughkeepsie (pəkĭp`sē), city (1990 pop. 28,844), seat of Dutchess co., SE N.Y., on the Hudson River; settled 1687 by the Dutch, inc. as a city 1854. , N.Y. The loan featured a 6% rate, a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. Jerry Houlihan negotiated this transaction.
