LLC - Logical Link Control announced the placement of a private first mortgage in the amount of $2,240,000 for the acquisition of a 21,000 s/f masonry one-story shopping center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into located 11-33 Court Street in Newark, New Jersey. The loan was placed with a Lender through the private-financing arm of HP/iCap. Robert Loshciavo of Goldberg, Weprin, & Ustin represented the lender in this transaction.
