These properties are located in Baton Rouge Baton Rouge (băt`ən r  zh) [Fr.,=red stick], city (1990 pop. 219,531), state capital and seat of East Baton Rouge parish, SE La. , La.; Jacksonville, Fla.; Overland Park, Kan.; St. Louis, Miss.; and New Orleans, La. Neil Shapiro and Greg Simon of Herrick Feinstein, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol represented the borrower and Corey Tessler of Winston and Strawn LLP represented the lender. Fred Stahl and Sheldon Stahl of Houlihan-Parnes/iCap Realty Advisors and Craig Koenigsberg of CLK Management Corporation were the principals who completed the refinancing.
