Hotline Communications Outsources e-Commerce Operations to Digital River.

Digital River, Inc. (Nasdaq:DRIV DRIV Drive (street type) ), a leading global e-commerce outsource provider, today announced an e-commerce agreement with Hotline Communications Hotline Communications Limited (HCL) was a software company founded in 1997, based in Toronto, Canada, with employees also in the United States and Australia. Hotline Communications' main activity was the publishing and distribution of a multi-purpose client/server communication , a leading developer of Internet communications and community building software. As part of the agreement, Digital River built Hotline's e-commerce site located at www.BigRedH.com. Digital River also hosts and manages e-commerce operations for the site, including transaction management, digital product fulfillment, 24X7 customer service and e-marketing services.
