The Palmer House Hilton is a famous and historic hotel in downtown Chicago.
, Hyatt Regency Chicago The Hyatt Regency Chicago is a 246 foot tall Hyatt hotel on East Wacker Drive in Chicago, Illinois. The hotel operates around 2,000 guest rooms in two different towers.  does not process hotel reservations. The deadline to receive the ICE Convention rates is October 1. After October 1, reservations will continue to be accepted but the rates cannot be guaranteed. For your convenience, reservations can be placed via four methods:

Confirmations

A confirmation of each reservation will be issued by One-Stop Chicago via the method in which it was placed. Do not expect to receive a second confirmation directly from the hotel. If you do not receive a confirmation of your reservation from One-Stop Chicago within two weeks of placing your request, contact One-Stop Chicago.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of $175 per room is required to place each reservation. For a one bedroom suite the deposit is $350, and for a two-bedroom suite the deposit is $525. No reservations will be placed without a deposit. Deposits can be in the form of a credit card or check made payable to One-Stop Chicago. Credit cards will be billed immediately. Eligible for refunding under the terms of a bond indenture.
 provided the reservation is cancelled before October 1. Reservations cancelled after October 1 will be subject to a $16.50 processing fee. Deposits are completely non-refundable within your assigned hotel's cancellation policy.

Changes to Reservations

Through October 8, contact One-Stop Chicago for any changes to your reservations. After October 15, contact the hotel directly. Please note that reservations will be down-loaded to the hotels between October 9 to October 14 and will not be accessible for any modification or cancellation during this time.

Suites and Meeting Space

FSCT protects suites and meeting rooms in the official ICE hotels and at McCormick Place for ICE. Exhibitors receive priority in their requests for suites and meeting space. Beginning on August 9, suite and meeting room requests from non-exhibiting companies will be filled in the chronological chron·o·log·i·cal   also chron·o·log·ic

Requests for suites should be sent to One-Stop Chicago. Meeting room requests should be sent directly to Tori Graves, c/o FSCT at tgravescmp@cs.com or fax 215.721.1018. Meeting room rental is dependent upon the level of catering requested for the event.

There will be a limit of 10 rooms per exhibiting company at the Chicago Hilton and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place.
