Hospitality Properties Trust Fourth Quarter Conference Call Scheduled for Thursday, February 22nd.

NEWTON, Mass. -- Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) today announced that it will host a conference call in conjunction with the announcement of its fourth quarter and year end 2006 financial results.

HPT plans to issue a press release containing its fourth quarter and year end financial results before the NYSE opens on Thursday, February 22, 2007. Later that day at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, John Murray, president and chief operating officer, and Mark Kleifges, chief financial officer, will host a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter and year end results. Following the company's remarks, there will be a short question and answer period.
