Hospital Expanding: West Hills Hospital and Medical Center has begun construction on the expansion of its facilities at 7300 Medical Center Drive in West Hills. The expansion, estimated at $40 million, will include additions to the Emergency Department, a new 18-bed critical care unit critical care unit
