Hospital aid.


Hospitals across the state are having a difficult time meeting the requirements of new seismic standards that essentially require them to build new facilities.

The city would like to move the hospital closer to its downtown Downtown (called a "city centre" in British English) is a term used in North America when referring to a city's core, usually both in a geographical and commercial / community sense.  onto a smaller parcel, and then use the existing 10-acre pad for medical office buildings or another similar use.
