Greenwich Hospital signed a 10-year lease for space on the first floor of the 201,460 square foot building. The move from Greenwich is expected to take place in the spring.

Cushman & Wakefield's Christopher O'Callaghan, senior director, and Peter Sweetser, director, represented both Greenwich Hospital and the landlord, Wafra Investments.

Greenwich Hospital carefully considered several space alternatives in Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
