So why not a full-time cable network? That's the thinking behind HorseTV, a new cable network headquartered in Calabasas that is scheduled to debut Oct. 27. "We're really looking at all of the remarkable ways in which horses enrich our lives," said Adryn Miller, director of public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most for the channel. "There's always been a huge desire to do this but it's just been a matter of putting this together." HorseTV will include programming for both newcomers to the horse world and advanced equestrians.
