For the fourth quarter, revenues increased 33.7% to $75.7 million compared with revenues of $56.6 million for the same quarter in the previous year. Diluted shares used in computing earnings per share increased 15.8% between the periods, primarily as a result of the secondary stock offering completed in March 2005.
