HORIZON BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF NEW JERSEY has named ROBERT MARINO executive vice president and chief operating officer. Senior vice president CHRISTY BELL will become the chief executive officer of Horizon Healthcare of New Jersey Inc., a Horizon subsidiary.

Marino is currently the senior vice president for market business units with the New Jersey-based health insurer.

CHRISTOPHER LEPRE, commercial and major accounts vice president, will assume Marino's spot with Horizon's market business units wing when Marino vacates it.

Meanwhile, JACKIE JENNIFER will move from a vice presidency to a senior vice presidency with Horizon's customer service efforts and health care management.
