 Westgate City Center The Westgate City Center is the name of a mixed-use development located in Glendale, Arizona. It is described as a super-regional[1] destination for shopping, entertainment, commercial office and luxury residential. Anchored by the Jobing.  development in Glendale, Arizona Glendale is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 218,812. According to 2005 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 239,435.[1] It is a major suburb of Phoenix. .

Fremont Investment & Loan provided the $97,500,000 construction loan, announced Jeff Teetsel, Vice President and Regional Manager in Fremont Investment & Loan's Phoenix office.

Mr. Teetsel stated, "Fremont is pleased to fund this high-profile mixed-use project. There are one million people within 10 miles of Westgate today, and the population growth in the West Valley is explosive. There is a need for both destination retail and Class A office space in the West Valley 101-corridor."
