Homeowners of Las Vegas Pacific Legends East Receive $8 Million Settlement in Construction Defect Case, According to Attorneys Quon Bruce.

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 2004

Pacific Homes agreed yesterday to pay the highest pre-trial settlement per unit for a condominium construction defect case in Nevada. The 219 homeowners of Pacific Legends East Condominium Associates will receive $8,031,320 within the next 45 days to begin repairs to their homes.
