Some of the other potential uses for the "Quarterback" launch system include numerous search and rescue applications and use by military and law enforcement to safely and rapidly introduce bulking, hard to deliver operational gear into hostile environments. HST, Inc. has recognized the "Quarterbacks" potential in urban warfare Urban warfare is a modern warfare conducted in urban areas such as towns and cities. Both HST Inc. and Digital Force Technologies state that preliminary tests proved promising and development is continuing. Marketing efforts are underway to introduce this item to military, law enforcement, search and rescue and civilian customers both here at home and overseas.

Digital Force Technologies was founded in 1999 to meet the needs of the United States' National Security by providing rapid, tactical engineering solutions to those customers with special or unique requirements. The rapid evolution of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technologies and their increasing importance to the defense industry has made it clear that defense technology and commercial enterprise must operate as a joint force to meet these requirements.

Utilizing a thorough knowledge of both the defense industry and the high-tech commercial world, Digital Force Technologies is able to provide custom engineering and development services to both--specializing in, but not limited to, intelligence and surveillance collection, digital video imagery, remote sensors and special application projects.
