Agents in Westchester and Putnam Counties To Use

HomeSeekers.com's Multiple Listing Service Product

HomeSeekers.com (NASDAQ:HMSK) announced today a multi-year technology agreement with the Westchester, New York Multiple Listing Service (MLS), serving Westchester and Putnam counties. The agreement calls for the Westchester MLS to utilize the HomeSeekers web-based MLS product, XMLSweb(R). This agreement follows on the contract that HomeSeekers signed in May of this year with another New York MLS, the Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service.

HomeSeekers expects to install approximately 5,000 Westchester agents with the newest version of XMLSweb(R) MLS technology, as well as one of HomeSeekers' latest products, called XMLSpc(R), a fully distributed MLS product that allows real estate professionals to put complete functionality of the MLS on their desktop. The HomeSeekers XMLSweb(R) and related HomeSeekers products are targeted to assist real estate professionals to be more effective by utilizing technology as they serve their customers in the home sales process.

"As we continue our inroads into New York State, we are very pleased that Westchester has chosen us as their technology partner. With the addition of Formulator(R) electronic forms and our IRIS agent productivity tools, we feel that we offer real estate professionals technological tools and capabilities not seen before through an Internet MLS system," said Greg Costley, Chairman and CEO of HomeSeekers.com. "We are continuing to see real estate professionals apply technology to a greater extent in their work. We feel that our solutions provide diverse and superior options to those real estate professionals, " concluded Costley.
