Jha is a 10-year information technology veteran who brings an impressive track record in next-generation product innovation, integration and client management to HomePage.com. He will be responsible for the Company's client services, product development and technical operations and will report to HomePage.com chief executive officer, Tim Cahill

Immediately prior to joining HomePage.com, Jha served as senior vice president of Client Services at iXL Inc. (Nasdaq:IIXL), a leading strategic Internet services company, where he managed more than 200 employees and $40 million in operations.

He was responsible for spearheading the development of the company's account management, financial, business development and operational processes, resulting in more than $5 million in profit for the Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  office in one year. During his tenure at iXL, Jha also developed strategic alliances and partnerships with several key e-business players, including Broadvision and Intel.

Prior to iXL, Jha was senior manager of Information Technology for Andersen Consulting See Accenture. , where he led teams of consultants on a broad range of strategic and organizational planning and engineering projects for Andersen's Global 2000 clients.

From 1994 to 1996, he served as a technical adviser with Federal Express, tasked with designing the company's next-generation Windows(R)-based shipping system, which increased yearly revenue by more than $27 million.

Jha holds a master of management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University Northwestern University, mainly at Evanston, Ill.; coeducational; chartered 1851, opened 1855 by Methodists. In 1873 it absorbed Evanston College for Ladies. , a master of computer science degree from Wayne State University Wayne State University, at Detroit, Mich.; state supported; coeducational; established 1956 as a successor to Wayne Univ. (formed 1934 by a merger of five city colleges).  and a bachelor of computer engineering degree from the University of Poona, India.
